So I have this one coworker who is super fundamentalist ‘Christian’. (I put it in quotes because his behavior is nothing like I was brought up to believe is Christian).
One of the many things I love about writing is…its cathartic. I envision writing a scene in an upcoming novel where an annoying, bigoted, narcissistic coworker gets run over by a bus. Or gunned down in a mall shooting. Or trampled by elephants!
Any other ideas?
Do annoying or stressful people in your real life ever inspire a character or part of a character in your novels? Do you find it cathartic to write about them?
Let me know…it helps the rant.
